Cancellation / No Show Policy

We offer various rate options with different cancellation / No Show and deposit terms. Please refer to the room rate deposit and cancellation/no show terms when making a reservation.

A major credit card is required at time of booking and upon your arrival to check-in.

Check In Time: 4 pm to 9 pm
Check Out Time: up to 11 am

Early Check-in – Available for a fee, subject to availability.
Late Check-out – Available for a fee, subject to availability.

Rates are subject to change without notice.
All of our guest rooms are non-smoking
Check-in age is 21 and over. Children under 17 years of age stay free with an accompanying adult.

Damage Deposit: $100 authorization per stay in case of incidental charges taken upon arrival.

Major Credit Card required to check-in. We do not accept cash, prepaid cards, zelle or other forms of payment.

**Important: The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in. The name on the credit card must match the name on the reservation and the card holder must be present along with a government issued photo ID

Pets: We accept dogs in some units. Please refer to one of our Pet Friendly units when booking your accommodation. Surcharge applies. Cats are not accepted.
